U.S. Ambassador Richard Mills Visits Social Good Africa Group of Companies
The Social Good Africa Group of Companies had the honour of hosting His Excellency Richard Mills, the United States Ambassador to Nigeria, in a landmark visit that underscored international recognition of the group’s impact across the African continent.
For over half a decade, our group has been dedicated to addressing some of Africa’s most pressing challenges spanning education, leadership, security, logistics, technology, and agriculture. Guided by our mission “to build people, build businesses, and build communities,” we remain committed to unlocking human potential, the continent’s most valuable resource.
The journey traces back to the Mandela Washington Fellowship at UC Davis, California, where our founder began this vision alongside Oliver Hack—mentor turned business partner. What started as an ambition has grown into six thriving companies built from the ground up, each designed with purpose and sustainability at its core.
Today, our portfolio includes:
- Aidos Creations – A creative and digital media agency leveraging AI for brand growth.
- Timewise Logistics – Providing digital travel planning and logistics solutions across African cities.
- Respectech-HR – Training and matching over 6,000 technology talents to global opportunities.
- Laicos Farms – Integrating agri-tech, including CCTV-monitored operations and large-scale agricultural training, most recently for 160 farmers in partnership with The World Bank.
- Servelead Humanitarian Initiative – Closing education gaps through the “Built with Belief” school for underserved communities.
- Servelead Global – Supporting business development and market access for local and international enterprises.
Through Social Good Africa, our impact footprint continues to grow, reaching tens of thousands of individuals through skill empowerment, social innovation, and community development.
Ambassador Mills’ visit marked a significant moment of acknowledgment—celebrating not only our progress but also the leaders and teams that drive this mission forward, including Ijeoma Aladesaye, Pamela Williams, Nathan Macaver, Princess Alugwe, and Patrick Aklo.
As we welcome global partnerships, our doors remain open to those seeking to build meaningful and lasting impact in Africa.
“Now the dream has become the deed”.
